Questions organizers ask
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. The free plan is permanent and includes in-app registration, taking payment from riders, your own team, event pages and rider communication. It is limited only by the number of events you publish per year and the photos you upload per event.
- What are the limits on the free plan?
- Up to 20 published events in any rolling 12 months, and up to 300 photos per event. The paid plan removes both. Nothing you have already published is ever taken down when you reach a limit — the limit applies to the next thing you add.
- What is the platform fee, exactly?
- It applies only to payments riders make by card inside the app: 2% on the free plan, 0.5% on the paid plan. It is deducted from your proceeds, and it is in addition to Stripe’s own processing fees, which Stripe charges on your connected account. Bookings you settle by bank transfer carry no platform fee, because the money never passes through us.
- Do riders pay more because of the fee?
- No. The fee comes out of your proceeds, not the rider’s price, so your event costs a rider the same here as it does anywhere else you sell it.
- How is the paid plan billed?
- Annually, in advance, ex-VAT. If you are a VAT-registered business in another EU member state and give us a VAT number we can validate, the supply is reverse-charged. Businesses that cannot pay by card can ask for an invoice instead.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep everything you paid for until the end of the term you already paid — cancelling never cuts you off mid-season. After that you return to the free plan: the fee goes back to the free-plan rate and the published-event limit applies again. Your events, riders, bookings and photos stay exactly as they are.
About these prices
All prices are shown excluding VAT. If you are a VAT-registered business in an EU member state other than ours and you give us a VAT number we can validate, the supply is reverse-charged and you account for VAT in your own country. Otherwise VAT is added at the applicable rate.
The platform fee applies to payments riders make by card inside the app, and is in addition to Stripe’s own processing fees, which Stripe charges on your connected account. Bookings you settle by bank transfer carry no platform fee, because we never process those funds. The rate in force when a payment completes is the rate that applies to it, and it is fixed at that moment.
The paid plan is billed annually in advance and renews unless cancelled before the end of the term. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the term you have paid for.

The paid plan (€194/year ex-VAT) is not open for subscription yet — every organizer is on the free plan, with the free-plan fee, until it is. This page is published so the pricing is public and unsurprising before then.
