The quickest way to reach us is email. We read everything that arrives and reply as soon as we can; if your question is really for the organizer of an event, we will say so rather than sit in the middle of it.
Three things save a round trip: the email address you use on Pistaclub, the name of the event, organizer or listing involved, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps more than a description. Please do not send card numbers or passwords — we never need either.
The organizer running the event is the seller and holds your booking contract, so they are the fastest route — their contact details are on their profile page and in your confirmation email. If you have tried them and had no reply, write to support@pistaclub.app and we will help you reach them. See the Payment Terms for how refunds work.
Downloads and receipts for purchased photos are handled by the organizer who sold them — the Photo Licence explains what you bought and your refund rights. If you want a photo of yourself taken out of sale, you can object directly from your own gallery once signed in, or write to support@pistaclub.app.
Write to privacy@pistaclub.app for access, correction, export or erasure requests, or to dpo@pistaclub.app to reach our data protection contact. The Privacy Policy sets out your rights in full.
Use the Report illegal content form — it records your report properly and gives you a receipt, which an email cannot. For anything urgent, abuse@pistaclub.app. Authorities and trusted flaggers should use our single point of contact, dsa@pistaclub.app.
Send takedown notices to copyright@pistaclub.app, following the steps on our copyright policy page.
support@pistaclub.app for help with the app, or hello@pistaclub.app for partnerships and press. Thinking of listing your trackdays with us? Start at organizer pricing.
Sign in and open Profile → Support. A ticket raised there is attached to your account, so we can see your bookings and bikes without asking you to describe them — it is the better route whenever you can use it.
You are entitled to take a dispute further, and our dispute resolution page lists the EU ODR platform, the Czech consumer authority and the other national bodies you can approach.
