These terms apply to anyone given access to manage a circuit profile on Pistaclub.
Last updated: 2026-09-22
They apply to every person holding active access to a circuit profile, at either level:
Creating a circuit and permanently deleting one remain with Pistaclub at both levels. You accept these terms once as a person: if you manage several circuits, the same acceptance covers all of them.
Riders plan real trips around what a circuit page says — they book travel, take days off work and arrive with a motorcycle. You agree that the details, layouts, schedule, noise limits, restrictions and prices you publish are accurate and up to date, and that you are authorised by the circuit to publish them on its behalf.
If something changes — a closure, a new noise limit, a cancelled open day — update it promptly. An out-of-date page is worse than an empty one, because a rider trusts it.
Photos, logos, layout maps and videos you upload must be yours to publish, or licensed to you for that purpose. You keep whatever rights you already hold, and you grant Pistaclub permission to display the material on the circuit's public page and in the places that page appears across the app.
If we receive a rights complaint about something you uploaded, we may remove it while the complaint is looked at. Reports go through our copyright and rights complaints process.
Managing a circuit gives you moderation powers over its forum. Use them to remove content that breaks our Community Guidelines — spam, abuse, illegal content, dangerous advice.
Do not use them to remove honest criticism, negative but truthful accounts of a visit, or comparisons with other circuits. A forum that only shows praise is worthless to the riders reading it, and moderating it that way is a misuse of the access. Every moderation action is recorded, reviewable by Pistaclub, and appealable by the person affected.
Each edit is stored with your user account and the time it was made, and is visible in the circuit's change history to its owners and to Pistaclub. Access changes — who was added, promoted, or removed — are recorded the same way.
This is deliberate. Several people can manage one circuit, so "who changed the schedule" has to be answerable without guesswork.
Access is granted by a circuit owner or by Pistaclub, and can be withdrawn by either at any time and without notice — for example when you change roles, when these terms are breached, or when the circuit asks us to. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: the circuit's dashboard stops being available to you and every edit is refused.
Withdrawing access does not delete the circuit or anything published through it. The circuit page, its events, laptimes and forum threads stay exactly as they are.
Access is personal to you. Do not share your login. If somebody else at the circuit needs access, an owner adds them as their own manager — that is what the team list is for, and it is the only way attribution stays meaningful.
Managing a circuit does not give you access to riders' personal data. You see forum content and the circuit's own information. Where any personal data reaches you through this access, handle it only for the purpose it was given and in line with our Privacy Policy.
If we change these terms materially, the version below changes and you will be asked to accept the new version before your next edit. Your previous acceptances are kept as a record.
