The rules that keep Pistaclub useful, safe, and welcoming for every rider.
Last updated: May 24, 2026
Pistaclub is a place for trackday riders, racers, and the organizers and tracks who support them. To keep it that way, every member follows the same baseline rules. These guidelines apply to every public surface on the platform: social posts, comments, forum threads, marketplace listings, reviews, profiles, photos, and private messages.
No targeted harassment of any rider, organizer, employee, or visitor. No content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age. Strong disagreement about riding style, gear choices, or organizer decisions is fine — personal attacks aren't.
Do not share another person's home address, phone number, employer, family details, or any non-public information without their clear consent. Sharing photos of another rider that they've asked you to take down is also not allowed.
Marketplace listings must be honest. Don't list bikes or parts you don't own, don't misrepresent condition or specs, don't list stolen items, and don't list counterfeit merchandise. Suspected stolen-bike listings will be removed and reported to authorities when appropriate.
No repetitive posting, no link-spamming across threads, no off-topic promotion of unrelated businesses. Organizers and product brands are welcome to participate authentically — talk with the community, not at it.
No content that is illegal in the country where you live or where the platform operates (Czech Republic / European Union). This includes child sexual abuse material, terrorism promotion, incitement to violence, and the sale of regulated goods to people not permitted to buy them.
Pistaclub is a riding community, not an adult platform. Don't post sexual content, nudity unrelated to medical context, or sexualized imagery of any person.
Don't pretend to be another rider, organizer, employee, public figure, or Pistaclub itself. Parody accounts must clearly label themselves as parody.
Only post photos, videos, and text you have the right to share. If you use someone else's content, credit the source. Rights holders can submit takedown requests via our DMCA / Copyright page.
Any member can report content they believe violates these guidelines using the flag icon ( 🚩 ) available throughout the app. Reports go to a small moderation team for review — usually within 24 hours, sometimes faster for urgent items.
For content you believe is not just against our rules but illegal (unlawful goods, hate speech, defamation, doxxing, terrorist content), see our DSA notice-and-action page. Non-users can submit notices there too.
Depending on the violation, we may:
We use a strike system for repeat violations. Strikes decay after 90 days of clean behavior. Reaching three active strikes triggers an automatic 7-day suspension; five triggers a 30-day suspension; seven triggers a permanent ban (with human review first).
Every enforcement action can be appealed. If your account is suspended or banned, or if you receive a warning, you'll see a banner with a "View details or appeal" link that takes you to your Account Standing page. From there you can submit a written appeal — a human moderator will review and respond.
You can also block other members directly. Blocking hides their content from your view and prevents them from messaging you. See your settings to manage your block list.
We update these rules as the community grows and as new patterns of abuse emerge. Material changes will be announced and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the platform after a guidelines update means you accept the updated rules.
