These terms apply to prepaid processing credits held by an organizer profile. They form part of the Organizer Terms.

These Credit Terms govern prepaid processing credits ("Credits") held by an Organizer profile on Pistaclub. They form part of the Organizer Terms; defined terms used there have the same meaning here. Where these Credit Terms conflict with the Organizer Terms on any matter concerning Credits, these Credit Terms prevail.
A Credit is a prepaid unit that entitles you to have one photograph processed by the platform's automated tagging. It is not money, not a voucher, and has no cash value. It is not a deposit, and it is not redeemable for anything other than the processing described here.
One Credit is spent per photograph for which processing produces a result. A photograph that fails processing, or that is never processed, is not charged — and where a Credit has already been claimed for it, that Credit is returned to your balance automatically. Your balance and its history are visible in your organizer dashboard.
Credits included with a plan or granted by us — including trial, pilot and goodwill grants — are provided free of charge, expire with the plan period for which they were granted, and are not refundable and have no cash value in any circumstances. Credits you purchase are drawn down only after granted Credits are exhausted, so a purchase is never consumed while free Credits remain.
Purchased Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Granted Credits expire at the end of the plan period for which they were granted and do not roll over.
If your paid plan ends or is cancelled, granted Credits are void immediately, and purchased Credits remain usable for 12 months from the date of purchase. Undelivered monthly grants for a term that has ended are not owed, because they are a benefit of an active plan rather than a stored balance.
A purchase of Credits may be refunded in full within 14 days if none of the Credits in that purchase has been spent. Once any Credit from a purchase has been spent, that purchase is non-refundable, because the processing has been performed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Automated tagging is provided as-is and may be modified or withdrawn. If we withdraw it, we refund the unspent purchased balance pro rata. Results are produced automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate — you review suggestions before publishing and you remain responsible for what you publish, including the accuracy of any identification of a participant.
Credits are tied to one Organizer profile and cannot be transferred, sold, pooled with another profile, or assigned.
